Gigs by BAM app

At BAM SAS("we"), we are committed to respecting your privacy and are committed to making the confidentiality of your data one of our priorities.

We have established this privacy policy ("Policy") to be transparent about how we collect and use user data from our Gigs by BAM app ("you" or "yours") and to inform you about your various rights.

 Who is responsible for processing your data?

BAM SAS (located at rue de la Vignerie – 14160 - Dives-sur-Mer - France) is responsible for processing your personal data that we collect via our Gigs by BAM app.

 Why do we use your data and how long do we keep them?

 In order to simplify the presentation of the characteristics of the different treatments implemented, we have grouped them in the table below which presents for each purpose the legal basis chosen, as well as the corresponding shelf life.

 What personal data do we use?

 To use your data for the purposes outlined above, we collect the following data:

  • Your username,

  • Your identifiers if you create your account by linking it to a third-party service: Apple (name, email, ID) or Facebook (name, ID),

  • Your email address,

  • Your gender (optional),

  • Your date of birth (optional),

  • Your phone number,

  • Your photo (optional),

  • Your group name, members and images (optional),

  • Geolocation of your case (deactivated by default),

  • The messages you post on the app (optional),

  • Event data (date, participants, venue) (optional),

  • Data on your device's operating system (IOS or Android),

  • Data on the user's device (followed by ID and SIM) (optional).

Who do we share your data with?

Your individual data are only available to those who are able to deal with them because of their proficiency (such as members of our sales and communication departments)

They are also transmitted to our external partners, acting on our behalf, such as those involved in data storage management, but also in the management of geolocation data. We ensure that they provide the necessary guarantees to respect the security and confidentiality of your data.

We may also be required, by legal obligation, to transfer your personal data to an authorized administrative or public authority (e.g. tax administration or others).

What are your rights to your personal data?

You have many rights to your data and the use that is made of it. You can request access, correction, or, if necessary, the erasure of your data. In some cases, it is also possible for you to object to the appropriateness of your data or to ask for its limitation. You can also have the right to portability.

In another register, you can also set guidelines (general or specific) regarding the fate of your data after your death, and register these guidelines with a trusted third party certified by the National Commission on Information Technology and Freedoms (CNIL).
